TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope of Work
BearLift, a brand under JR Penaflor Group of Companies, Inc., shall provide the equipment specified in this quotation, including delivery and installation services, unless otherwise stated.
Civil works, including but not limited to foundation preparation, electrical provisions, and structural modifications, are not included unless explicitly specified in the quotation.
2. Site Requirements & Responsibility
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the installation site meets the required specifications, including but not limited to:
- Adequate concrete thickness and strength
- Proper leveling of the installation area
- Sufficient clearance and access for delivery and installation
BearLift reserves the right to conduct a site inspection prior to installation.
If the site does not meet requirements, installation may be postponed until necessary corrections are completed.
If requested, BearLift may assist with civil works at an additional cost.
3. Pricing
All prices stated are:
- Exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified
- Based on current project scope and site conditions
- Subject to change upon site inspection or scope revision
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
60% Downpayment – Required to confirm order and secure unit
40% Balance – Payable prior to delivery
Installation fees (if separate) are payable upon completion
Failure to comply with payment terms may result in delays in delivery and installation.

Please email proof of payment to payments@jrpenaflor.com after completing the transfer.
6. Delivery
- Delivery will be scheduled upon receipt of the required downpayment
- Client shall ensure site accessibility at the time of delivery
- Any additional costs arising from restricted access, delays, or rescheduling shall be charged to the Client
7. Installation
- Installation will be scheduled after delivery and subject to site readiness
- Standard installation covers only the equipment specified
- Additional work beyond standard installation shall be subject to additional charges
8. Lead Time
Lead time will be advised upon order confirmation and may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Site readiness
- External factors beyond BearLift's control
BearLift shall not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
9. Warranty
The equipment is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of installation, covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural and mechanical failures under normal use
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper operation
- Wear and tear
- Corrosion or environmental damage (e.g., rust, flooding, humidity)
- Electrical issues outside BearLift's scope
- Improper foundation or site conditions
10. Limitation of Liability
BearLift shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business, income, or use
- Damages arising from improper use or unauthorized modifications
11. Cancellation & Refund
- Downpayments are non-refundable once order is confirmed
- Orders may not be canceled once processing or preparation has commenced
12. Ownership
- Ownership of the equipment remains with BearLift until full payment has been received.
13. Delays & Force Majeure
BearLift shall not be held liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Labor shortages
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15. Acceptance
Proceeding with payment shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
